Living by faith, loved by family, and Thank God for forgiveness!
In 2001, I was a General Manager for Starbucks Coffee in Point Richmond, California. “I Want To See You Tomorrow“ were the last spoken words a Starbucks partner and a few customers had heard from their loved ones. One of the store's objectives was to give back to our communities. I decided to use my influence to start a non-profit organization to support family members and friends of those who were victims of senseless violence. Unfortunately, I did not obtain the non-profit status. However, in 2005 I opened a second Starbucks Coffee location in San Pablo, California, and organized a community walk. The memories of the meaning of these words will always hold a deep sentimental value in my heart. Check out our blog and share your story. With your consent we will post your stories.
